Friendly staff and effective air conditioning.

Surrounding area felt uneasy, especially at night with bars nearby. Lack of air conditioning left the room stifling. The noise from the street made it hard to rest. The lift situation was inconvenient, requiring stairs to access our floor. Rooms were dark and small with limited power outlets and basic wardrobe space.

The location was fantastic, with scenic attractions like the Musee de l'Imprimerie and the Parc de la Tete d'Or just a short walk away. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially when we had an issue with our air conditioning and they quickly moved us to another room. However, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times, as there were groups of individuals hanging around the streets. Overall, it served its purpose for our family trip well.

the campanile was great for its location, just a short walk to the metro and main shopping district. the double room was clean, and I particularly enjoyed a comfy bed after a day out exploring. the shower was also refreshing, perfect for winding down!

We had an awesome time with friends! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and had everything we needed, including a kettle in the room. We also attended the fête des Lumières, which was stunning, and some fun evening board games with local partners.

The only downside was the noise from the street late at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. But since we were out most of the time, it wasn't a huge deal.

Location is great and super close to transport. Room was comfy, had an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, a clean private bathroom with shampoo and shower. Loved the nice towels and complimentary toiletries. Plus, there were spa facilities which were a nice touch. Definitely a solid choice for me!
